How can I order from MAKSU?

Shopping Online

You can shop anytime on our secure website: www.shopmaksu.com

To place an order, simply browse and select the items and sizes you wish to purchase, then click ‘Add to Bag’. When you're ready, click the shopping bag icon at the top right of the page to review your selections. You can continue browsing and return to your bag at any time.

Once you're happy with your selection, click ‘Checkout’. Choose to log in to your MAKSU account, create a new one, or continue as a guest. During checkout, you’ll have the option to enter any discount codes before completing your purchase.

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details.

If you experience any issues, please contact us through our Contact Us page before completing your order.

Can I place an order without registering?

Yes, you can. Simply provide your personal, delivery and payment details at checkout to complete your purchase without creating an account.

How do I use a discount/promotional code?

You can add your discount code at checkout before you complete your order.

  1. Add your chosen items to your shopping bag.
  2. Go to Checkout.
  3. Enter your discount or promotional code in the box labeled Discount code.
  4. Click Apply and your total will update if the code is valid.
Can I make changes to my order once it has been placed?

Unfortunately we are unable to amend the items, sizes or payment method on an order once it has been placed.

We can try to update the shipping details if they are incorrect. Please contact atencionalcliente@shopmaksu.com as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address details. However, we cannot guarantee that these changes will be made before your order is processed.

If we are unable to update your order in time, we may still be able to cancel it before it is dispatched, so that you can place a new order with the correct information.

Is it possible to cancel my order?

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day after your order is delivered to you or to a nominated person.

In addition to your legal rights, our internal order policy is as follows

  • Customers have up to 15 minutes after placing an order to request a cancellation.
  • After this time, we cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled before it is processed.

We recommend that you email atencionalcliente@shopmaksu.com as soon as possible with your order number if you would like to cancel. Once an order has been placed it cannot be put on hold or amended, single items cannot be removed and extra items cannot be added. Only the entire order can be cancelled.

If your order has already been shipped or is in transit, it will not be possible to cancel it before it reaches you. In this case, you can still exercise your 14-day right of withdrawal by returning the goods to us in line with our Returns Policy.

I have received my order but something is missing, what do I do?

We are sorry if your order has arrived incomplete. Please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible so we can help resolve this.

To speed things up, please include

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Details of the missing item
  • Photos of the parcel and packing slip, if possible

We will review your order and the packing records and then arrange a suitable solution, which may include sending the missing item or issuing a refund

How do I create an account with MAKSU?

To create a new account, click on the My Account link in the top right corner of any page and complete the registration form.

Once your account is created, you will be able to

  • View and manage your orders
  • Save your delivery details for faster checkout
  • Enjoy the exclusive MAKSU shopping experience.
How do I update my account information?

To update your account details, log in by clicking on the My Account link. Once you are logged in, you can edit and update your personal information, addresses and contact details directly from your account page.

How can I recover my password if I have forgotten it?

If you have forgotten your password, click on the ‘My Account’ tab. Under the log in section, you will find the option ‘Forgot your password?’. Click on this and follow the steps to recover your password by entering your email address.If you do not receive a password recovery email, please check your spam or junk mail folder, try the process again or contact us at atencionalcliente@shopmaksu.com for assistance.

Returns

What is your returns and exchanges policy?

If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.

All items must be returned in new, unused, and unwashed condition, with no signs of wear or alteration. Garments must include all original tags, labels and accessories (such as belts) and be returned in the original packaging.

Footwear must only be tried on indoors and returned in perfect condition, inside their original box or dust bag.

Please note:

– For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable.

Online orders cannot be returned to our stores and must be sent back via our online returns process.

The cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer.

Taxes, original shipping charges and any additional fees are non-refundable.

How do I return an item/s?

To return your items, please put the garments back in the box, and seal it well. No additional documents or printing required. All returned items must be in their original condition. All tags, labels and replacement buttons (if any) must not be removed. 

To organise the return, please contact the parcel company you wish to use, and return the box to:

You will receive a credit within a few days from the time of receipt, using the same payment method you made the purchase. We inform you that it may take up to 10 calendar days for the deposit to be reflected in your account.

*The cost of returning the item shall be borne by the customer.

How do I exchange an item

In the event of an exchange, they are free of charge, but the cost of the return must be covered by the customer. Please return the box to:

For an exchange, we will send you the new garments as soon as we have received the returned items, as long as they are still available in our stock. Otherwise, we will proceed to make the corresponding payment in return. For any other questions, please contact us through our email at storewarehouse@shopmaksu.com. If you want to change models instead of sizes you must first return the product you have received and you must purchase it again.

*Taxes and shipping costs (and any additional charges) are not refundable.

*The Christmas return and exchange period will be extended. 

*The cost of returning the item shall be borne by the customer. 

When will I receive my refund?

It may take up to 14 days for your return to reach our warehouse. Once received, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the conditions outlined in our Returns Policy.

If approved, your refund will be processed and you’ll receive a confirmation email.

Please note: depending on your bank or card provider, it may take 5–7 working days for the funds to appear in your account.

What should I do if my item is faulty?

If you believe you received a faulty item, contact us within 3 days of delivery at atencionalcliente@shopmaksu.com, using “Faulty” in the subject line and including:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

If confirmed as faulty, you’ll receive a refund. Items damaged by misuse are not considered faulty.

What is your return policy for in-store purchases?

For items purchased in-store, we offer exchanges for size or colour within 15 days of purchase, provided the items are unused, undamaged and in original condition. The original receipt must be presented for all exchanges.

Please note that in-store purchases are non-refundable. However, you may request a credit note for the equivalent amount, valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
