1. Introduction
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the use of the website https://shopmaksu.com (“Website”) and to all purchases made by customers located within the European Union (“EU”). The Website is operated by Sanda Europe S.L.U. (“MAKSU”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing this Website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and any other referenced legal notices.

4. Availability of Services
We ship to most countries within the EU. The list of eligible delivery destinations is provided during the checkout process. If your destination is not listed, we cannot ship to that address.
5. Formation of the Contract
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging that we have received your order. This does not signify acceptance of your order.
The contract between you and Sanda Europe S.L.U. is concluded once you receive a dispatch confirmation email indicating that the goods have been shipped.
6. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. In case of supply issues or if a product becomes unavailable after you place your order, we may suggest suitable substitutes.
If you do not wish to proceed with the alternatives, we will refund you in full for the unavailable items using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
7. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within one (1) hour of receiving the order confirmation email, provided the order has not already been processed for dispatch.
We reserve the right to cancel any order in whole or in part due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, stock issues or other reasonable grounds. In such cases, we will refund any amounts paid for the cancelled items.
8. Delivery
Orders are typically delivered within 2–7 business days, depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
You will be notified if there are delays beyond our reasonable control, and you may cancel the order if such delays are substantial. If you cancel due to substantial delay, we will refund you in full for any undelivered items.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery of the goods to the delivery address you provided.
9. Non-Delivery
If no one is available to accept delivery, the courier will leave instructions for redelivery or collection (e.g. a card, email or SMS notification).
If the parcel is not collected or redelivery fails for reasons attributable to you, the order may be returned to us. In that case:

But we may deduct the original delivery costs and any return charges billed to us by the carrier.
Repeat shipping fees may apply if you request the order to be shipped again after it has been returned.
10. Price and Payment

14. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

We may deduct from your refund any loss in value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to check them as you would in a physical store.
This statutory right does not apply to:

15. Returns Policy (Goodwill Returns)
