Online Order Returns

Return period: 15 calendar days from receipt of the package.

Once you have submitted your return request through the link above, you will receive instructions on how to proceed, along with a return label that must be printed and attached to the package.

Returns will be processed instantly whenever permitted by Reveni’s fraud and risk assessment system. This means that the refund will be issued before the item is delivered to the designated drop-off point. If an instant refund is not available, the refund will be processed once the item arrives at the warehouse and has been inspected to confirm that it is in perfect condition.

The following refund methods are available (selected by the customer when requesting the return):

  • Original payment method (default): The refund is issued instantly, but it may take 24–48 hours to appear in the customer's bank account (provided the instant refund is approved).
  • Gift Card: If you choose this option, you will receive a voucher for the value of your order plus an additional €5 bonus. This voucher is valid exclusively online. You will receive an email with your gift card details, which can be redeemed at checkout whenever you wish.
  • Instant Bank Transfer: Customers may choose this refund option (provided the instant refund is approved). The customer will enter their bank account details, and the transfer will be made immediately.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns must always be made through a collection point or drop-off point.

Returns cannot be made in physical stores.

Returns will only be accepted if all returned items are in their original condition. Any replacement buttons (if applicable) must be included. In addition, the garment must have the green return tag attached and intact.

Shipping costs will only be refunded if all products included in the shipment confirmation are deemed defective.

Defective Products

Enter your order number and the email address used for the purchase. Once logged in, you will be asked to complete the required information and upload a photograph clearly showing the reported defect.

After submitting your request, we will review your case and contact you with the next steps if the claim is accepted.

Please note:

  • This procedure is only valid for orders placed through our online store. If your purchase was made in a physical store, you must contact the store where the purchase was made to resolve the issue.
  • You have 3 business days from the date of receipt to report that the product is defective.
