We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order, or any portion thereof, in our sole discretion, even after you have been issued with a Dispatch Confirmation or after your payment method has been charged. If your payment has already been charged and your order is cancelled, we will issue a credit to your payment method.

Non-acceptance of an order may result from:

  • The Product being unavailable from stock.

You may not purchase any Product from this Website for resale by you or any other person, and you may not resell any item purchased from this Website.

4. Contract Cancellation

If you are contracting as a consumer, you may cancel a Contract at any time within 14 days, beginning on the day after you have received the Products. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Products in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

To cancel a Contract, you must inform us in writing and return the Product(s) immediately, at your own cost and risk. Please take reasonable care of the Products while in your possession. This provision does not affect your statutory rights.

5. Description of Products

We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices of Products appearing on the Website are correct at the time of publication. While colour reproduction is a close representation, slight variation in the actual Product may occur.

6. Price and Payment

The price of any Products will be as quoted on our Website, except in cases of obvious error. These prices exclude shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount due.
All applicable UK taxes are included within the price.

Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent you a Dispatch Confirmation.

Every effort has been made to ensure that shopping online is safe and secure. MAKSU cannot be responsible for the fraudulent use on our Website of a lost credit card, but will assist your credit card company where necessary once you have reported the fraud to them.

7. Shipping

  • For UK shipping, stock permitting, we aim to ship within 2–4 working days from receipt of your order and payment in full if placed before 3pm BST Monday to Sunday.

  • Products may be shipped in more than one package.

  • We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or English Public Holidays. Orders placed on these days will be shipped on the next working day.

8. Return of Products

Product(s) purchased via the Website can be returned to us for a full refund of the price paid within 14 days of the date of shipping.

Refunds will be processed in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy and will be made to the same payment method used for purchase. At no point shall we refund an amount greater than the amount paid for the Product.

Links to third-party websites are provided solely for your convenience. We are not responsible for these websites, their content, or their privacy practices, and access to them is entirely at your own risk.
